My card is lost or stolen, what should I do?

What should I do if I’ve forgotten my personal identification number?
If you forgot your PIN, call customer service and we will mail a reminder to your address on file. This reminder can take up to 5 days to receive. If you can’t wait for the reminder to arrive, you can call our automated system at 855.253.1057 and reset it immediately.
What steps do I need to take if I’m planning to use my card internationally?
If you plan to use your UMB issued credit card in another country, please let us know your travel dates and destinations before you leave. You can let us know by calling customer service or accessing "Travel Notification" under the settings menu in online banking. When you let us know, we will place a travel notification on your account.
Please be aware that most cards have a 2% foreign transaction fee associated with them and the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) has restricted card usage in certain countries. Contact customer service or refer to your cardholder agreement for more details on international transactions.
I recently opened a dispute, but still do not see my credit. Why?
Once a dispute has been opened, we have up to 10 days to place a temporary credit into the account while the case is being worked to its completion. It’s possible we are still working to process any temporary credits for your account. Please call 855.253.0614 for updates on your disputed transaction(s).
